The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

– Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Landscape Supervisor or Landscape Project Manager
– Horticultural experience
– Landscape/construction/estimating or similar degree/qualification desirable
– Strong people skills, both leading staff and engaging with clients
– Experience in running and fully delivering multiple projects in the commercial arena
– Can handle and deal with high levels of responsibility and professionals with provable experience
– Previous exposure to handling high specification projects, budgets, costings
– Strong communication skills and excellent client facing skills
– High level of organisational and time management skills
– Not afraid to get your hands dirty from time to time
– Able to use word & excel
